No, we are not currently buying items of any kind for the store, including comics.

We do not have a trade-in program at this time.

For board games, check out Board Game Paradise in Redlands for possible trade-in options. Another great resource is Noble Knight Games, who you can ship your games to.

For trading cards/TCGs/CCGs, try Big Deck Energy in Cathedral City or OMG Collectibles in Palm Desert.

For vintage comics try Sunny Dunes Antique Mall in Palm Springs. They only purchase vintage, not modern comics. We do not know of a local shop buying modern comics at this time.

We do not offer consignment at this time. If you have vintage items, check with the local antique shops in the area. Even if they do not have availability right now, many have waitlists that you can be added to as a potential future vendor.

We greatly appreciate any and all support. One of our biggest obstacles right now is letting people know that we exist. It would help us so much if you tell your friends and family about us. We are a new small woman and queer owned business. Getting the word out is invaluable.

If you want to take it a step farther, we would be thrilled with a positive review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or anywhere else that you can review us. We're so excited to be a part of the Palm Springs community, and we hope to foster a community of nerds and gamers here in the valley. They just need to know that we're here.

We have an extremely limited supply of TCGs that mostly consists of starter decks, but not packs or boosters. We recommend checking out Big Deck Energy in Cathedral City for your TCG needs.

Not all of our in-store items are listed on our website, so please feel free to check with us to see if we carry something in-store. Otherwise, if you are looking for something in particular then please reach out and we'll see if we can get it for you. We are always open to product recommendations.

We would very much like to offer pre-orders and are looking into setting this up on our website. As of right now you can ask us directly for specific items and we will try to pre-order them for you.

We cannot offer pre-orders for TCGs at this time, but check back with us later.

If you purchased your item at our physical location, you have 14 days to return or exchange your item. You must bring your original receipt. All returned items must be still sealed and unopened. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in it's original condition.

If you purchased your item online, please reach out using our contact form within 14 days of receiving the item. If the shipping box was damaged in transit, please take photos of both the box and the item so that we can file a report with the proper shipping carriers.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns of sealed trading card products, even if they are still sealed.

The store is open every single day of the year besides Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.

You are welcome to join us for game night at the shop. It's a great way to meet people who also enjoy playing board games. Currently, our most popular night is on Wednesdays. However, even if there are no other attendees, there is always a staff member available during game night to play games.

We also have a Discord that you can join and use to coordinate specific game meetups with other Discord members. Some of our current members enjoy Root, Dominion, Dungeons & Dragons, and various other tabletop games.

Our game night attendees are typically in their 20s to 60s, but we welcome any adults who enjoy board games and meeting new people. We are still a newer business, and there are always new people learning about our events every week.

And just because someone is older or younger than you, doesn't mean they can't still kick your butt at Ticket to Ride!

We welcome all ages, but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For liability reasons, they cannot be dropped off by themselves. This also applies during open play hours.

Yes! We hope to have more events in the future such as game workshops, demo days, outdoor markets, and more. Please stay tuned for more information on future events. They will be posted on our social medias, in our newsletter, and on our event calendar.

Yes, we do have a MeetUp account under the store name and a group called "Palm Springs Board Gamers" that is free to join. You can RSVP to events via MeetUp, but it is not required.
