Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or high-demand periods. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. 
  • Estimated delivery time is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your chosen shipping method and destination.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress from our store to your doorstep.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at our Palm Springs location during regular business hours.
  • Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and wait for a confirmation email before coming in to collect your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Starbase 505 is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
  • If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@starbase-505.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
