Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or high-demand periods. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery time is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your chosen shipping method and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress from our store to your doorstep.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Palm Springs location during regular business hours.
Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and wait for a confirmation email before coming in to collect your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Starbase 505 is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@starbase-505.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
